From precision mechanics to high-performance glazing

3P Glazing Solutions was founded in 2001 as an extension of Romano Stampi, with a clear mission: translating technical needs into solutions by designing molds and custom tools for the automotive industry.
Over time, evolution was natural.

Molds became internal tools to directly produce finished polycarbonate and glass-plastic components, leading to today’s 3P: a company specialized in high-performance glazing, capable of guiding clients from idea to production.
The design soul and artisanal care remain, enhanced by robotic systems, advanced departments, and a management structure focused on control and traceability.

Polycarbonate Thermoforming

Shaping materials on complex geometries, with milling, custom machining, and surface treatments.

Thermoplastic encapsulation

For structural and visual integration of glass, polycarbonate, and carbon fiber.

Polyurethane encapsulation

Ensures excellent adhesion and resistance, even in extreme operational conditions.

A flexible system: each technology can be used alone or in combination, depending on material, geometry, aesthetics, and production cycle.

Production structure & total process control

3P Glazing Solutions operates two production facilities totaling 5,000 m², dedicated to highly specialized workshops.
The team has over 30 employees with integrated technical and production skills.
The structure ensures:

Separate departments for polycarbonate and encapsulated glass
Dedicated lines for prototyping, testing, and complex machining

An internally developed IT system monitors processes in real-time, ensuring total traceability.
