At 3P Glazing Solutions, we approach every assignment as a shared journey. Whether adapting an existing product or developing a new solution, our work is based on listening, technical analysis, and co-design, with a clear goal: turning a need into a concrete, reliable, and industrializable component.

Our process is structured yet flexible, combining engineering expertise, in-house mechanical workshops, and an advanced production system to ensure control, repeatability, and quality at every stage.

Co-design & Engineering

Each project starts from a specific need: a modification, a new component, or a technical challenge. We analyze the part and evaluate feasibility, materials, production constraints, and regulatory requirements.
For new challenges, we propose a custom-engineered solution, designed to evolve from concept to production.

Prototyping & Testing

Once the concept is validated, we develop the first prototype.
The technical department works closely with the workshop, ensuring rapid timelines, precision, and direct control over critical stages. Prototyping allows us to verify geometries, materials, and functional integration, reducing risks and optimizing the product before production.

Production & Quality Control

Each production run is engineered and planned according to required volumes. With robotic systems, computerized processes, and traceability systems, we guarantee consistency, repeatability, and constant quality. Quality control is integrated throughout the process, not just a final check.
